If you are eating in, please sit at a table and a member of staff will take your order.
Keep an eye out for signs and floor markings reminding everyone to give each other the space they need.
The toilet facilities will remain limited to staff use only.
We’ve installed a perspex screen at all till points. We are still accepting cash, but would encourage you to use contactless card payments.
If a customer needs to use a pin number, card readers will be sanitised after use.
For people eating in, you will need to queue at the counter to pay for your drinks/food once you have finished your meal.
If you are ordering an evening meal, payment can be made over the telephone.
Tramezzini is led and managed by Adam Fendyke.
His team already have an excellent working knowledge of hygiene and social distancing measures needed to keep everyone well.
To help keep all of our customers and team safe, we have added additional social distancing measures. Please be kind and give everyone the space they need. Our team have been provided with extra hygiene products to use and extra cleaning is taking place to keep our excellent standards up for you and our team.
Tramezzini fully supports the Government’s efforts to protect our NHS and save lives.
Following the government’s latest guidance, we have brought in measures to keep everyone healthy and well. For example, Perspex screen on the counter, floor markings for social distancing, hand sanitisers by the entrance and encouraged contactless payment. Our staff have brilliant working knowledge of the basic hygiene measures to keep everyone well.
Working carefully with these measures, means that we need to phase our opening gradually and adapt to any changing guidance based upon the Covid-19 situation. We will continue to update our customers as to when we move into Phase 2/3 and what this means in terms of services and opening hours.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
